Hello Zaadzsters. This is ~Matthew.
Following the acquisition, we've been able to free up some of our time to vamp up support on the site. So, in this blog post, I'm going to introduce you to your Member Actualization (i.e. member support) Team and describe what our roles are as we move forward.
My roles include overseeing the support team, keeping an eye on the Support pod and Thinktank, and heading the volunteer department. I also return messages you leave on our answering machine :) Remember that the absolute best place to report issues with our site is in the Support and zPro Support pods. (I'll talk about the zPro support pod below) Suggestions for how we can improve go on the Thinktank :)
~C4Chaos: ~C (as many of us like to call him) is one of those people who can absorb and disseminate miles upon miles of knowledge, and break it down into bite-sized pieces for all to consume and enjoy. If you've seen his blog, you know what I'm talking about :) His primary roles on the MAT include moderating the How To's and FAQs as well as zLounge pods. Go to the HT & FAQs pod to ask questions, find answers to questions, and search for tutorials on how to do stuff on Zaadz. Go to the zLounge to "share ideas, learn about the community, and come together to create a shared space in which to communicate and collaborate and converse."
Ninja Dave: Dave is a wonderful communicator and always takes excellent care of our members! He's also a ninja... or so I'm told :) His main MAT tasks include helping the zPros, especially on the zPro Support pod and aiding Jessica with the Zaanghas. He'll also be supporting me with the volunteers. You'll always enjoy your interactions with Ninja Dave!
Jessica: Jessica is one of our resident sweethearts. She accels at giving hugs and helping members feel how valuable they are to this community (and you ARE valuable!!). She has a couple of exciting tasks ahead of her. The first is to reignite the Zaanghas initiative, with the help of Ninja Dave. To that extent, she's already created a Zaanghas zPro site, where you can download the beautifully informative Zaanghas manual. Her other task is to run the Ambassadors program. I'm extremely excited about her role in these two areas, as I've wanted us to focus more attention here for some time!
Jodi: Jodi, as you probably know, has been a member services guru. Her pleasant way of responding to member issues and concerns always puts a smile on my face :) Her roles, as we step into the coming phase, will be to answer the support@zaadz.com e-mails as well as questions submitted on the feedback form. We get a ton of traffic, every day, in these two sections, so please have patience on receiving a response from Jodi, and use our support forums, instead, as much as possible.
Finally, I want to add that there will be a lot of flex-flow here. Don't be surprised if you see any one of us responding to you in any one of these various MAT departments. We like to help each other out :) But I did want to give you an idea on what each of our main responsibilities are on the member support team. And I hope you'll appreciate, even more, how much each of these beautiful individuals cares for you.
It's an honor serving you,
~Matthew

You are all loved and appreciated far more than we could ever express, even those of us who try to express! We acknowledge all of you for your dedication and efforts, and we feel very nicely, even superbly, supported by you in our joint project of uplifting this world. We hold you in our hearts that your lives may be most joyous and delightful in every way. Rev. O.M. Bastet
WOw this is great! It is nice to know a little more about the team…was not sure who you all were!
Team Z rocks!
Aley
Thank you guys, Rev. O.M. Bastet and Aley! :) We appreciate it and love working towards making you all feel as special as you are and addressing your question, suggestions and feedback as best we can. We love serving this community of inspirational people. WOW! I love this site and it's members! :)
But no man is an island and turning this vision into a reality has always been dependent on a willingness to search for all the component parts, to communicate and collaborate with the multitude of people destined to provide the component parts and then to “glue” the whole together into a cohesive and meaningful solution.
THANK YOU for your vision, determination, strength, fortitude & above ALL - COURAGE …
ALL HAIL to Brian and the WHOLE TEAM @zaadz - which will ensure that THE SEED will flourish & blossum into THE PHENOMENUM which will change the world … ably led, no doubt, by the children.
It is indeed amazing to be here and to be of service. Thank you all for your kind words, Aley, Rev. and Michael.
You are SO SO SO welcome. Thank you all for making this place what it is. It's your love, creativity & goodness that keep the place strong.
