Zaadz is entering a brilliant new phase of development, and we need your help.
As you know, we're working with our new parent company, Gaiam, to grow the Gaia community—a global network of individuals who understand the deep connection between personal and planetary transformation. And so, we're looking for an enlightened web designer who's excited about bringing her (or his) energy and design talents to this work. (We'd call it work-with-a-captital-W. ;)
If you've got experience designing for online communities and a familiarity with current Web 2.0 technologies, we'd love to hear from you—but that's only one side of the picture. We're looking for someone who 'gets' Gaia.
Imagine Gaia, the great mother goddess. Imagine the Gaia Hypothesis—the notion of the earth as an organic, creative, self-sustaining, living organism. Imagine how each of us are a part of that fragile, complex, and incredibly powerful biosphere.
And then imagine how you'd evoke this through design.
If this resonates with you, and you feel you possess the sensitivity and vision necessary to help us nurture Zaadz into this broader Gaia community, we'd love to see a few samples of your work. Please keep in mind that this project is not for the faint-of-heart! We're looking for a senior designer who is as comfortable with CSS and PhotoShop as HTML and Dreamweaver; a resume, too, would be great.
(It should go without saying that community is important to us, and we do want someone who's on the path and who'll be committed to supporting the rest of our clan to living at their own highest potential—in the same way we'll commit to supporting you. Finally, this position is located in our offices in Broomfield, Colorado, so if you're not here already, you ought be open to relocating to within a stone's throw of Boulder. :)
(Yes, you do need to be on site! We're big on in-person community and culture, and we need someone who, if you're not already in the area, would be willing to move.)

I believe its a TEAM PROJECT…therefore a project designer would be the desired one. Maybe someone who can bring all the talent of Odesk.com into vision with the perspective of web 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0…..maybe someone who already owns gaiadesign.us and has the blueprint in heart for such a project….maybe someone who created freemasons.….(three levels uncovering the 33 levels of education)
in order to understand all the secrets of the founding fathers….maybe someone who loves the vision of the heart of reality…maybe someone who sees everyone as the greatest treasure on the planet….who sees the individual unique genius within the beauty of oneself…maybe someone who knows what the ultimate game is and how to get everyone to participate. maybe someone who is an architect of integral health systems….maybe someone with a knowledge of integral intelligence……maybe someone who doesn't have a clue about adobe software or anything past 010101010101……maybe someone who has walked in peace on gaia….maybe someone who knows that all of creativity is within the SPACES of that beautiful pure perfect love that created us all…..maybe someone who lives within the heart of reality and will never move from there. maybe someone who works in such a way that each step in the journey of designing the ultimate health of oneself….means nothing….that each and every masterpiece is full and complete and in process of completing the next masterpiece…pelodom.com or frevase.us…..maybe someone who hears the call and gives everything to the cause with or without a title…or pay. maybe someone who can hear see and know all the dreams, goals and missions of all the zaadzters and sees them all unfolding fully, totally and completely…..blessings in finding a brilliant designer who can project the heart of realty into a web design of a true gaia community. blessings.

Oh, All sentient beings, we are All of the same Mind, if we can just agree to support each other lovingly through our hearts, souls and minds. We are but tiny little specks of life on this enormous Mother, who has provided so much for our very existence, and who will still be here, long after our species has come and gone.
What else is there to do, but to honor Her, and all of life, in everything we do?
I, too will commune with the Zaadz Human Resources Team, to see if there is a place for me and my own unique visions, in this microcosmic universal manifestation.

Sharing great energy and ideals, I have been building out our community portal at http://odonatavillage.org, reconfiguring an open-source blogo-space at http://thewaywest.com/awelllitpath, and generally playing with as many newer methods of communicating as possible. Wouldn't mind living in Boulder, though our local intentional community project may be blossoming this year. Would be interested in learning more about you, either way.
