When ALL of us realize that All of us are capable of All of it, we can forgive ourselves and others. In Georgia we at Rosebud (www.rosebudfoundation.org) have begun programs that focus on people who are incarcerated - including men, women, and children. We provide programs in places of incarceration - some that are spiritual in nature, some that are not. We do not provide programs that are of a particular religious persuasion. Check us out!
I try to help kids that are in placement buy getting them to change the ways they act and see the world. I try to let them know that there are positives is this society. Furthermore I try to be polite to everyone I meet on the streets.
We have been cutting up the plastic bags, reason for this, animals, birds, retiles and fishes will not get stuck in them, We have been spreading the word and great respond from children.. Also our stores are selling canvas bags, cheap so you now have a choice not to take plastic. Everyone making a conscious effort and it is still not enough. Evidence is still at the stores.. manufacturing has to stop. In Europa we have to take our containers to bring groceries home, mandatory or you cannot carry the goods home. This is also in Asia and Mexico too, We are in the USA are major poluters. Lets keep up the rally for this one. :-)Beata
I just joined the United Nations Association of United States of America today! It is an association that educates the public of international affairs and has different programs that aid with global issues. One even that you can choose to host on your own is a dinner called Night of a Thousand Dinners that is a dinner that helps remove landmines from differnet countries.
By follwing my passion for art in life and teaching others to see beyond the limiting factors in society that stop many of us from being high achievers. The most beautiful thing in life is that we have all that is needed to change those things that we don't like to have in our lives. It just requires to act and focus on what we want to achieve without doubting that we will get there.
